Registration is not complete until we receive and process the payment.
•  For NEW players only - registration cannot be completed until a photocopy of the players birth certificate or passport is received for age verification. You may send it with your payment or separately to the PO Box address listed below.
•  A full refund will be made if your child is never placed on a team or if your child withdraws before uniforms are handed out in August. We encourage you to pay your registration fees as quickly as possible to get your child on to the priority order list of registered players.

  • Important: Write the player's name(s) on the check.
  • Do not send the player registration forms in the mail.  Coaches will collect these at the start of the season.

A FAQ has answers to many of your questions. Otherwise, if you have registration difficulties or unanswered questions, you may email the league Registrar at registrar@ayso43.org.  Please include the word "soccer" somewhere in the subject or body of your email message.  This makes it easier for the Registrar to locate important messages that are mistakenly placed in the spam folder.
